Job summary

Analogic is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver exceptional customer service at LaGuardia Airport and surrounding areas. You will diagnose and repair electronic and mechanical issues in the field while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires travel up to 10% and the ability to obtain an Airport ID and security clearance. You will document service reports, plan repairs, and work independently to meet daily field needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years' experience in troubleshooting and repair.
• Strong written and oral communication to document detailed service reports.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Must pass background checks and obtain necessary airport access credentials.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose errors and determine proper solutions for field issues.
• Demonstrate repair troubleshooting methodologies for electronics and mechanics.
• Document timely, detailed field service reports.
• Exceed company and customer requirements and build positive relationships.
• Maintain tools and calibration equipment in good working order.
• Plan and perform repairs and preventative maintenance in the field.
