Job summary

Analog Group is seeking a dependable Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair electronic and mechanical issues, delivering exceptional customer service at the Boston Logan Airport assignments. You will document service reports, maintain relationships, and travel as needed in a dynamic field role.

The role requires 3–5 years of troubleshooting experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain an Airport ID Badge and TSA security clearance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years' experience in troubleshooting and repair.
• Excellent time management and ability to complete small field projects.
• Professional written and verbal communication to document reports.
• Flexible with a fluid schedule and environment.
• Must pass background check, drug test, pre-employment physical, and credit check.
• Must obtain Airport ID Badge and TSA security clearance.
• Must have valid driver's license and be able to travel up to 10% (domestic/international).
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose errors and determine proper solutions.
• Perform electronic and mechanical repairs and document service reports.
• Maintain calibration equipment and tools in good condition.
• Meet daily service needs at assigned sites and locations.
• Plan and perform repairs and preventative maintenance independently in the field.
