Job summary

Analogic is seeking a dependable Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair electronic and mechanical systems at the airport and surrounding areas. You will document service reports, maintain relationships with customers, and travel as required to service sites.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of troubleshooting and repair experience, with a focus on quality customer service and the ability to work independently in the field. A valid driver's license and security clearances are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 3–5 years in troubleshooting and repair noted.
• Technically savvy with ability to learn new technology and adapt quickly.
• Professional demeanor with customer focus and clear written/oral communication.
• Flexible with a fluid schedule and environment; able to pass background checks and screenings.
• Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be able to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose errors and determine proper solutions for electronic and mechanical systems.
• Perform repairs, document service reports, and maintain product knowledge.
• Build positive customer relationships and exceed company and customer expectations.
• Maintain tools and calibrated equipment and plan/perform repairs and maintenance in the field.
• Schedule work based on field needs and meet daily service requirements at sites.
