Job summary

Analogic Corporation is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair electronic and mechanical issues in the field, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role covers Boston Logan Airport as the main assignment, reporting to the Area Manager of Security Field Service.

Strong communication, documentation, and the ability to work independently in the field are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of troubleshooting and repair experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to diagnose errors and determine proper solutions
• Must pass criminal background check, drug test, pre-employment physical, and security clearances
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Diagnose errors, technical problems, and determine proper solutions.
• Perform electronic and mechanical repairs and troubleshooting.
• Document and produce timely and detailed service reports.
• Meet daily service needs at assigned sites and locations.
• Plan and perform repairs and preventative maintenance independently in the field.
• Maintain and properly calibrate tools and equipment.
