Job summary

Qualifications

• Reading block diagrams, wiring diagrams, and customer specifications.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot analog/digital issues and propose corrective actions.
• Documenting issues and coordinating resolutions with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret diagrams and specifications.
• Use test equipment to analyze problems and determine root cause.
• Document and track issues through reporting channels and coordinate resolutions.
• Develop and execute detailed test procedures for customers and programs.
• Provide status updates and technical reports to supervision.
• Communicate effectively between customer and company to ensure high service levels.
• Conduct on-the-job training for safe operation and maintenance of visual systems.
• Demonstrate professional conduct with customers and teammates.
• Collaborate across departments to meet common goals.
• Manage control and distribution of documents and materials subject to export controls.
