Job summary

Insight Global is hiring a Field Service Technician to oversee deployment, installation, and maintenance of ATC systems across customer sites nationwide. You will survey sites, diagnose issues, and repair equipment while ensuring performance standards and coordinating with partners and clients. Candidates must live within an hour of a major U.S.

airport and travel up to 95% (including nights and weekends). Four years in system installation/repair in telecom, electrical, or mechanical settings

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in systems repair, maintenance, and installation.
• Bachelor's Degree or 15+ years of equitable experience.
• Telecom cabling, electrical, mechanical, or construction-related projects.
• Ability to travel up to 95%.
• Short notice domestic and occasional international travel.
• Eligibility for FAA and government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight in deployment, installation, and maintenance of ATC systems across customer sites.
• Survey sites, diagnose issues, and repair equipment.
• Ensure all equipment meets performance standards.
• Collaborate with contracting partners and clients.
• Represent the company in a high-visibility support role to drive customer satisfaction.
