Job summary

FlightSafety International seeks a Field Installation and Integration Technician to install and coordinate in-house and customer-based flight simulation systems at customer facilities. You will ensure system functionality by executing test procedures and collaborating with engineering, service, and QA teams.

The role requires interpreting diagrams, working with electronic test equipment, and traveling extensively to client sites to support successful deployments and training.

Qualifications

• Fluent English in written and spoken form.
• Formal Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician or CompTIA A+, Network+, Server+ certifications preferred.
• Real-world experience delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in installation and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret diagrams and customer specifications.
• Use basic electronic test equipment for diagnosis and repair guidance.
• Document issues and coordinate resolution with engineering, service, and QA.
• Develop and execute detailed test procedures for customers or programs.
• Provide status reports and technical communications to supervision.
