Bombardier is seeking a Field Service Representative based in Columbus, OH. You will support customers by integrating Bombardier aircraft into operations, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure safety and efficiency.

You will travel to service facilities as needed and participate in fleet reliability meetings, with preference for an FAA/EASA A&P license. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role requiring strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of aviation maintenance experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with Bombardier products.
• Strong aircraft troubleshooting skills and report writing ability.
• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, email, and databases.

Responsabilités

• Support customers in integrating Bombardier aircraft into operations.
• Provide robust troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.
• Escalate concerns within customer and Bombardier teams.
• Lead or support field modifications, upgrades, and repairs.
