Job summary

Bombardier is seeking a Mobile Response Team - Aircraft Maintenance Technician for a role supporting operations from the Hartford Service Center with duties tied to servicing customer aircraft. The candidate must hold an Airframe and Powerplant License and bring at least 3 years of maintenance experience, including 1 year on Bombardier models.

Travel readiness, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain a SIDA badge are required, with opportunities for field work and on-site

Qualifications

• You have an Airframe and Powerplant License.
• Minimum of 3 years aircraft maintenance work experience.
• Minimum of 1 year Bombardier aircraft model experience.
• Ability to travel with 2 hours’ notice and be away up to 30 days.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain insurable status.
• Ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, install, inspect and perform maintenance on customer aircraft.
• Document work completed per manuals and regulations.
• Assist in other maintenance disciplines – Avionics, Structures, Composites, etc.
• Assist with mechanical and electrical removals and installations.
• Return aircraft to service after maintenance at off-site locations.
• Audit your location and truck monthly.
• Perform Delegated Inspector (DI) function as qualified by QA.
