Job summary

Jet Aviation is seeking a Trainer in our FBO to develop the capabilities of new and existing staff. You will work with Base Management to promote Safety and Training protocols and support daily operations as needed.

Training lasts 4–6 weeks, with initial shift C (11:00pm–7:00am) and flexible scheduling as the operation requires. Baseline compensation ranges $32.00–$35.00 per hour, non-exempt, plus a bonus up to 5% of annual salary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certificate from NATA Line Service training program is preferred.
• Basic proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site practices and procedures for safety and quality.
• Lead training and development programs for new and existing staff.
• Deliver active and relevant training drawing on trainee experiences.
• Assess training effectiveness and document progress.
• Coordinate with base management to align training with business targets.
• Support safety investigations and maintain training records.
• Promote JetApps platform and safety/OSHA compliance.
• Assist with onboarding and integration of new employees.
