Job summary

Macon-Bibb County Consolidated Government Aviation Department seeks an experienced Fixed Based Operator Manager to oversee all FBO functions at our county facility. You will manage customer service, fueling, ramp, safety compliance, and business development while maintaining strong relationships with aviation clients.

Required are a college degree in aviation or related field and at least five years of FBO management experience at a Part 139 FAA-certified airport, with substitution options for

Qualifications

• College degree in Aviation, Airport Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in FBO management at a Part 139 FAA Certified Airport; can be substituted with 7 years of high-volume FBO management.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and manages all functions of HighNote Aviation FBO operations.
• Ensures safety, regulatory compliance, and customer-focused operations per laws, policies, and budgets.
• Oversees fueling, ground handling, hangar, and fleet operations; manages staffing and performance.
