Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in construction management, engineering technology, or related field preferred.
• Four years of maintenance supervision experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance of building systems, security devices, and lighting within GFIAA facilities.
• Maintain records using CMMS and prepare reports.
• Coordinate outside contractors, vendors and consultants for maintenance work.
• Prepare recommendations for operating and capital improvement budgets.
• Ensure compliance with FAA specifications, codes, and safety regulations.
• Respond to emergencies and manage rotating/on-call shifts.
