Job summary

ADP, Inc. seeks a Program Executive for Lease Transition in Aguadilla, PR. You will optimize End of Lease (EOL) events, coordinating with customers, lessees, and cross-functional teams to meet FAA and industry standards.

You will lead multi-project portfolios, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive documentation, scheduling, and risk management from acquisition through post-delivery wash-up, while launching new EOL offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation, engineering, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum five years of technical aviation experience, including aircraft maintenance, production planning, or program management (FAA-regulated).
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and airworthiness requirements.
• Demonstrated project management skills in complex, regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive readiness for End of Lease (EOL) and transition events.
• Lead PMO team during preparation, manage customer Change Requests, and ensure FAA readiness.
• Coordinate with lessees, lessors, and internal teams to meet regulatory and commercial requirements.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure timely documentation and governance across projects.
• Support launch of new EOL/transition services and alignment with FAA standards.
