Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Licensed PE in Illinois required.
• 5+ years of civil engineering experience, with 3+ years in aviation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support design of airport infrastructure (runways, taxiways, aprons).
• Prepare reports, plans, specs, cost estimates, schedules.
• Ensure FAA compliance and permitting requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, authorities and agencies.
• Manage construction administration, inspections, RFIs.
• Support proposals and business development as needed.
