Job summary

You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams, apply DevOps/CI/CD practices, and own components from concept to deployment in a defense domain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Software Engineering, CS, CE, EE, Aeronautical Eng, Math, or equivalent with GPA 3.0+
• Design and architect full-stack software solutions for airborne systems and embedded software
• Lead design decisions and guide CI/CD processes in the software lifecycle
• Develop tools, test harnesses, and infrastructure for integrated solutions
• Mentor junior engineers on design patterns and best practices
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders to define requirements and drive deliverables
• Take ownership of software components from concept to deployment
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
