Job summary

Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET), Incorporated is seeking an entry-to-mid-level Aircraft Mechanic I – Electrician to support O-Level electrical and instrument systems maintenance for the F/A-18 variants assigned to NAS JRB Fort Worth.

Under supervision, you will assist with routing, testing, modifying, and repairing electrical wiring, power distribution components, and instrument systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of aircraft electrical/avionics maintenance experience.
• Basic understanding of Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP) or equivalent.
• DoD Secret security clearance or ability to obtain.
• Completion of military aviation electrician tech school training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical/instrument components on the F/A-18 under supervision.
• Test with multi-meters and related equipment; document actions.
• Assist with wiring, terminations, soldering per diagrams and blueprints.
• Support flight line duties and keep workspaces safe and organized.
