Job summary

Resicum International LLC in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking an Aircraft Mechanic I – Electrician to support organizational-level maintenance on F/A-18 electrical systems at NAS JRB Fort Worth.

This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and testing wiring, power distribution, lighting, and electrical components, reading schematics, and ensuring aircraft readiness per Navy publications and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of aircraft maintenance experience, with experience on F/A-18 or similar military aircraft preferred.
• Experience performing aircraft electrical inspections, troubleshooting, maintenance, and testing.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical publications.
• Ability to obtain and maintain installation access credentials.

Responsibilities

• Perform organizational-level maintenance on F/A-18 electrical systems and components.
• Troubleshoot, repair, modify, install, and test electrical systems and wiring.
• Inspect and service electrical wiring, power distribution, lighting, and related components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, MIMs, IPBs, and service bulletins.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with senior mechanics, QA, and government representatives.
