Job summary

SpaceX seeks an Electrical Integration Engineer for Starlink Aviation to integrate Starlink products into aircraft across multiple airframes. You will design wiring diagrams, perform load analyses, and resolve aviation electrical issues in collaboration with design, test and manufacturing teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on avionics integration, certification support, and becoming the go-to electrical engineer for Starlink aviation. Travel may be required and extended hours could be necessary.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of industry experience (internships & co-op acceptable).
• Experience designing electrical systems, wire harness design and/or electrical wiring plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics or other STEM discipline.

Responsibilities

• Design wiring diagrams, routing drawings and load analysis for a variety of aircraft types and model variations.
• Find creative solutions to unique aircraft electrical problems that meet customer expectations and schedule.
• Support certification efforts by documenting and presenting electrical design and analysis to designated authorities.
• Supplementing aircraft manuals to identify, install and troubleshoot Starlink installation components.
• Serve as front line electrical engineering support for Starlink aviation.
