Job summary

CMTS LLC is seeking an Electrical Inspector for aviation projects at Denver International Airport. The role involves field inspection, quality assurance, documentation, and construction oversight of electrical systems on active airport infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has experience inspecting electrical systems in large-scale aviation environments and can coordinate with contractors, engineers, and airport stakeholders while adhering to NEC and project specs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in electrical construction inspection or related field.
• Experience with airport/aviation projects is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, drawings, specs, and installation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily field inspections of electrical construction at DEN.
• Inspect distribution systems, panels, switchgear, transformers, conduit, wiring, lighting, grounding.
• Verify emergency power systems, generators, UPS, transfer switches.
• Review drawings, shop drawings, RFIs, submittals, and changes.
• Prepare daily inspection reports, photos, and field notes.
