Job summary

Menzies Aviation is hiring a Dispatcher for Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport in Arlington, VA. The selected candidate will coordinate flight activity, share information with crews and service teams, and support passenger services.

The role includes a 5-day schedule with two consecutive days off, and benefits such as paid vacation and uniforms. кандидаты must be 18+, hold a valid US driver’s license, pass pre-employment drug screening, and be able to lift 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Possess valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and all pre-employment testing.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Must be comfortable lifting 70lbs repetitively.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
• FBI background check and US Customs Seal clearance.

Responsibilities

• Distribute incoming air traffic information to pilots/ground handlers.
• Update information as it is received and communicate flight release and fuel load details.
• Coordinate with billing for services and prepare flight-related documentation for final billing.
• Maintain flight logs and update schedules.
• Arrange accommodations for delays and assist with gate assignments and passenger services.
