Job summary

IDS Inland Deicing Services, LLC is seeking a seasonal Equipment Operator/Lead to support airport deicing operations. Earn $22-$23 per hour with a typical 40-hour week and weekend/evening flexibility.

You will supervise Operators, ensure equipment readiness, and train staff on Recovery and Processing Equipment including the Glycol Concentrator. Join a safety‑focused team and contribute to on‑time deicing operations, inspect equipment, and track fluids daily, with benefits including

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience supervising others.
• Basic knowledge of aircraft and how they perform.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assign duties and monitor performance of Equipment Operators.
• Ensure equipment performance through regular inspections.
• Maintain communication with next shift on equipment status.
• Operate and maintain Recovery and Processing Equipment including the Glycol Concentrator.
• Train operators on procedures and report deficiencies.
• Oversee daily tracking of fluids processed.
