Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with classroom and on-the-job training completed.
• Experience supervising teams or shifts.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assign duties and monitor performance of Equipment Operators.
• Ensure equipment inspections and optimal performance.
• Communicate with the next shift about equipment status.
• Professionally operate and maintain Glycol Recovery/Processing Equipment.
• Assist in training operators on equipment procedures.
• Conduct daily equipment walk-arounds focusing on safety-critical items.
• Perform light maintenance and report major repairs.
• Oversee tank inventory and storm-prep operations.
• Track fluids processed and support glycol recycling processes.
