• Typing 40–60 words per minute.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and FAA/DOT background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist pilots and passengers with fuel orders, arrivals/departures and related directions.
• Enter invoicing data and fuel records accurately.
• Coordinate vehicle rentals, hotel and catering arrangements.
• Provide directions and communications by phone, radio, email and fax.
• Maintain a clean and stocked pilot/passenger area.
