Qualificações

• Minimum of 2-4 years of customer service experience, preferably in aviation.
• Prior experience in training, coaching, or leadership roles is highly advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure CSRs provide exceptional service to all customers.
• Act as an escalation point for customer concerns and resolve issues.
• Lead and facilitate new hire training for CSRs.
