Job summary

Sheltair Aviation seeks a customer service representative to support pilots and passengers in a fast-paced aviation environment. The role emphasizes accuracy, courtesy and professional communication across phone, radio, email and in person.

Daily tasks include handling fuel orders, scheduling, invoicing data entry and coordinating hotel and catering arrangements while maintaining a tidy pilot/passenger area. FAA/DOT compliance is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.
• Two to four years’ relevant experience in related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and customer service skills.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check per FAA/DOT.

Responsibilities

• Assist pilots and passengers with fuel orders and arrivals/departures notices.
• Enter data related to invoicing, payment processing and fuel records.
• Provide online times, directions, hotel and catering arrangements.
• Maintain a clean pilot and passenger area and stock supplies.
• Communicate via telephone, radio, email and facsimile.
