Job summary

City and County of Denver seeks a Customer Relations Agent at Denver International Airport. This full-time, 40-hour weekly role supports the airport community with customer inquiries, feedback and service issues, acting as a liaison between passengers and airport departments.

The position requires strong call center and communications experience, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of customer service experience in airlines, call center, hospitality or related industries.
• Education and experience equivalency may be substituted.
• Requires a valid Driver's License at time of application.
• FBI background check required; pre-employment physical/drug test may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage engagements in the CRM for inquiries, feedback or concerns.
• Liaise between customer and airport department to resolve service issues; resolve discrepancies in city services.
• Assist customers via phone, webchat, text, live video, social media, airport paging and email.
• Provide accurate information about Denver International Airport services and resources.
• Serve as a Brand Ambassador delivering high levels of customer service in daily tasks and special projects.
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet customer service goals.
• Assist passengers in emergency situations such as weather events or incidents.
