flyADVANCED Aviation Group Blue Bell, Pennsylvania (On-site) seeks a Part Time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Blue Bell, PA. You will welcome customers and handle inquiries, coordinating service activities at the Authorized Service Center (ASC).

The role requires friendly communication, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, including scheduling, confirmations, and basic transactions, in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, cheerful, and welcoming service to all customers and visitors.
• Handle all customer communication, including calls, emails, and service requests.
• Schedule and coordinate client appointments using maintenance systems (EBIS and Salesforce).
• Send appointment confirmations and reminders via email/text.
• Coordinate ground transportation, rental car services, and bookings with vendors at the ASC.
• Adhere to company policies regarding customer service standards, safety guidelines, and security procedures.
• Accurately handle credit card and cash transactions, including issuing receipts and maintaining accountability.
• Maintain customer records, generate reports, and perform general administrative responsibilities.
• Provide support with administrative tasks related to the operations of the flight school.
