Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome, through arrival and check-in process.
• Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in by operating a computerized system, including boarding, baggage, reservations and resolving related complaints.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are available for loading and delivery to passengers.
