Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer requests, questions and needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Answer and direct calls at the multi-line phone station.
• Operate office equipment including radios and computers as required.
• Coordinate customer service orders and maintain data accuracy.
• Complete daily fuel log, invoice fuel tickets and settle truck sheets.
• Assist customers with hotel reservations, ground transportation and local attractions.
