Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health seeks a Flight Paramedic to provide high-quality critical care during 9-1-1 calls and inter-facility transports. Responsibilities include prioritizing patient safety and coordinating care with the medical flight team from initial contact through transfer to the receiving facility.

Qualified candidates will have 3+ years in paramedic roles, accredited program completion, and strong knowledge of EMS guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited paramedic program.
• Minimum 3 years of paramedic experience.
• Experience in critical care and 9-1-1 response.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care interventions during 9-1-1 calls and inter-facility transports.
• Monitor patient status and adjust treatment as needed during flight.
• Work as part of the critical care flight team on board aircraft.
