Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Dallas, TX is seeking a Flight Critical Care Paramedic to evaluate, coordinate, and deliver medical care during transport. You will work with flight crew to ensure patient care aligns with regulations and patient safety.

Responsibilities include preflight checks, patient assessment, documentation, interagency communication, and post-flight debriefing. Must hold FP-C or CCEMT-P and have 3–4 years EMS experience; bilingual a plus.

Qualifications

• Certified Critical Care Paramedic (FP-C or CCEMT-P) or equivalent and listed state license.
• 3–4 years of related EMS experience or equivalent.
• Strong charting/documentation skills; ability to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Preflight responsibilities: obtain reports, check equipment, load oxygen, and ensure readiness.
• Transport responsibilities: perform head-to-toe assessments, maintain patient records, and document medications.
• Post-flight responsibilities: complete documentation, debrief, and restock equipment.
