Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in aviation maintenance or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of Maintenance Control processes and FAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 24 hour coverage of Maintenance Control and manage sick calls/time off.
• Provide oversight of the team, ensure timely communication to internal and external customers.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and data used to schedule flights and maintenance events.
• Identify and help resolve conflicts or shortfalls related to Maintenance Controllers.
