You will manage schedules, serve as the main point of contact for crew inquiries, and ensure compliance with FAA Part 91/135 operations. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Experience in aviation, crew management or customer service.
• Knowledge of FAA Part 91/135 operations.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in basic math, decimals, time conversions and UTC.

Responsabilidades

• Book and confirm airline tickets, hotel and rental car reservations for crew.
• Serve as primary contact for crew inquiries and provide timely support.
• Provide on-call assistance to crew during rotations for continuity.
• Manage crew scheduling: duty status, call-outs, on/off times.
• Maintain reservations records and flight credits for future use.
• Coordinate aircraft accommodations (hangar space, late arrivals).
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements (Part 91/135).
• Participate in special projects and support general operations.
