Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of contract management or related legal operations experience.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with contract lifecycle systems and AI review tools.

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate, and administer SGHAs and related agreements.
• Lead end-to-end contract workflow from intake to repository.
• Coordinate with Operations, Safety, Finance, Insurance for provisions.
• Track SLAs, penalties, and contract metrics.
• Drive adoption of CLMS and AI-assisted review tools.
