Responsibilities

• Oversee contracts management at department and individual level.
• Analyze customer requirements for amendments, responses, negotiations, and manage domestic and international contracts.
• Lead Continuous Improvement projects for the department.
• Review and coordinate approvals of contractual documents to protect company position and satisfy requirements.
• Advise leadership on contractual risks and interpret terms and conditions.
