Job summary

Sheltair, Inc. seeks a Construction Project Manager in Fort Lauderdale to lead design and construction projects across the portfolio.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and vendor coordination, traveling to job sites as required while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams. You will oversee multiple projects, ensure compliance with contracts and codes, and report to the Vice President of Development and Construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years’ experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Experience coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Knowledge of AIA contracts and building code considerations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of design and construction projects from inception to close-out.
• Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project success.
• Review invoices, manage changes, and ensure compliance with budget and timeline.
• Visit sites regularly to monitor progress and quality.
