Job summary

Avflight Corporation is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support aviation infrastructure and capital improvement projects, including fuel farm construction, new FBO/hangar development, and facility upgrades. You will coordinate planning through construction, ensuring compliance with Avflight Standards and delivering on time and within scope.

Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years’ experience in aviation or related fields, a 4-year degree preferred, and the ability to travel up to 75%

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in aviation infrastructure or related field.
• 4-year college degree in Aviation or related study preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the year.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. according to company policy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, task lists and timelines.
• Assist with project budgeting, expense tracking and cost analysis.
• Prepare scopes of documents, change orders and progress reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage resources and deliverables.
• Monitor milestones, identify risks and help develop mitigation plans.
• Manage contracts, COIs, lien waivers and vendor invoices.
• Support environmental fieldwork and provide on-site assistance as needed.
