Job summary

AECOM Hunt seeks an Aviation Project Executive to lead a $300M airport CM/GC program at the Cincinnati, OH airport. The role requires extensive construction management and executive oversight across cost, schedule, and risk with strong stakeholder engagement.

The candidate will manage preconstruction to construction, ensure constructability, safety, and compliance, and coordinate with the Airport Authority and design teams throughout project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field and 12+ years of construction management experience.
• At least 4 years of leadership experience.
• Valid US driver's license and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for a $300M CM/GC airport project.
• Oversee cost, schedule, risk, and coordination with Airport Authority, design team, and stakeholders.
• Lead GMP development, buyout strategy, and subcontractor negotiations.
• Ensure safety and compliance in an active airport environment.
• Engage with AHJs and public authorities as needed.
