The role requires 5+ years in building inspection or construction supervision, proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit, and a track record of collaborating with contractors and authorities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in building inspection, construction supervision, or quality control, preferably in aviation projects.
• Certifications such as Construction Quality Control (CQC), LEED, or OSHA are a plus; familiarity with airport construction standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inspection and quality control of airport buildings and infrastructure to ensure compliance with project specifications and codes.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, architects, and airport authorities; maintain logs and NCRs; participate in meetings.
• Witness testing and commissioning of building systems; monitor safety compliance and regulatory adherence.
