Job summary

Burns & McDonnell is seeking an Aviation Construction Project Manager to support EPC and program management across Northeast airport infrastructure projects. The role is based in the Northeast with on-site construction oversight and travel as needed.

You will manage safety, schedule, cost controls, contracts, and coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. A track record in aviation construction is preferred and a Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction, CM, or related field; 7+ years PM exp. may substitute degree.
• Strong computing skills; MS Office proficiency; prior PM software experience.
• Experience on aviation or large-scale construction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and multiple projects.
• Develop plans for scheduling, estimating, cost control, and objectives.
• Manage client relationships for proposals and project items.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders with prime/subcontractors.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with project plans.
