Job summary

Foth is seeking a Construction Manager for Louisville, KY to support airport projects through construction management, administration and observation across horizontal and vertical work. You will work with project engineers, contractors and clients to ensure schedules, costs and compliance are met.

Required: associate degree or equivalent, 8+ years in construction with 3+ years in CM, and proficiency in MS Office, Bluebeam and Procore. Some roles may require passing security assessments.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in civil engineering or CM.
• Minimum 8 years in a similar construction role for vertical/horizontal infrastructure.
• Minimum 3 years in construction management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Bluebeam and Procore workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors and clients.
• Lead coordination meetings with stakeholders including airline tenants and airport staff.
• Train and manage Construction Observation Staff.
• Monitor contractor progress and construction schedules.
• Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications.
• Assist with cost estimating, contract administration and grant compliance.
