Job summary

The Foth Companies is expanding its airports team in Louisville, KY, and seeks a Construction Manager to build a long-term career in aviation. You will support airport clients and help bring projects to life through construction management, administration, and observation across horizontal and vertical construction.

Foth supports commercial and general aviation clients across the southeastern and midwestern US, delivering civil engineering and construction solutions for airside and landside

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent technical experience.
• Minimum 8 years of increasing responsibility in construction.
• Minimum 3 years in a construction management role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore (or equivalent).
• Able to pass CHRC and TSA STA.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with project engineers, architects, contractors, and clients.
• Lead coordination meetings and stakeholder engagement with airline tenants, CBP, TSA, Airport Staff, and contractors.
• Train and manage Construction Observation Staff.
• Monitor contractor progress and construction schedules.
• Manage RFI/submittals review, prevailing wage/labor compliance, change order development and pay applications.
• Assist with cost estimating, contract administration, and grant compliance.
• Perform other duties as needed.
