Job summary

Foth's Aviation Services team in Memphis, TN is seeking a Construction Representative to deliver critical infrastructure improvements at MEM. You will provide field observations, coordinate with contractors and stakeholders, and help ensure safety, compliance, and timely project delivery.

The role requires a civilEngineering or related degree and 3+ years in aviation or civil construction, with Procore experience and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in transportation, aviation, or civil infrastructure construction.
• Experience reading plans, drawings, specs, and contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction observation and field support at MEM projects.
• Review plans and specs to verify compliance and resolve field issues.
• Conduct site visits and document activities with daily reports.
• Administer RFIs, changes, and project records.
• Use Procore to track activities and documentation.
• Attend weekly progress and coordination meetings with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with PMs, engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Support design and reporting during off-season or inclement weather.
• Maintain records to support quality, compliance and closeout.
