Job summary

Allworld Project Management in Memphis, TN is seeking a Senior Aviation Project Manager to lead complex airport projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of aviation project management, knowledge of FAA regulations, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record of large construction programs. This full-time, onsite role offers comprehensive benefits and a 10% bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in aviation project management, including airport infrastructure.
• Proven record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
• Knowledge of FAA regulations, airport operations, construction methods and materials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, design, execution and completion of aviation projects within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, resources and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, safety standards and environmental requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and construction specialists to meet specs.
• Lead project teams and monitor progress to mitigate risks and delays.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, stakeholders and team members.
• Conduct site visits and ensure work complies with plans and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
