Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking a General Superintendent to lead and oversee all field operations on major construction projects. The role focuses on delivering safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards, with autonomy and collaboration across stakeholders.

You will manage field staff, trade partners, and resources, develop work plans, and drive safety, productivity, and cost control across complex sites. Aviation experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent construction industry experience considered.
• 10+ years field supervision on large projects; aviation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations and subcontractor performance to ensure project delivery.
• Lead field staff, trade partners, and resources to meet schedules and budgets.
• Develop and implement work plans, sequencing, logistics, and site utilization strategies.
• Coordinate site access, material deliveries, equipment utilization, and workforce management.
• Mentor field personnel and drive Lean construction initiatives.
• Support project planning, budgeting, buyout, and change management processes.
