Job summary

Gogo seeks a Technical Support Specialist (Activations Specialist) to accurately provision equipment and connectivity for business aviation and government clients across CO and FL locations. The role emphasizes meticulous task execution and collaboration to enable cockpit and cabin capabilities.

You will handle activation cases, review queues, coordinate with internal and external partners, and support testing, testing validation, and after-hours work. AeroCNCT/AeroIT certs are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance or related field.
• 2–5 years in customer or product support in a high-tech setting.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/Salesforce tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to departmental calls and route inquiries to the correct teams.
• Generate activation cases from dealer, OEM and customer requests.
• Review activation queues and execute provisioning tasks with precision.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to provision connectivity services.
• Support configuration changes, service modifications, and after-hours on-call work.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Accounting and Engineering to fulfill requirements.
