Job summary

Allflight Corporation, an FAA approved Repair Station, seeks an Aviation Composite Technician in Kent, WA. You will inspect, repair, and fabricate aircraft composite components per customer and regulatory data, including lay‑up, infusion, and bonding processes.

The role requires 5+ years in the field, proficiency with prepregs, and the ability to work with autoclaves and related equipment. Day shift, full-time, with competitive benefits and industry training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 5+ years in a relevant aviation/composite environment.
• Experience with prepreg carbon materials and lay-up processes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely in a production setting.
• Ability to read blueprints, instructions, and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Cut materials per work order and lay up into panel constructions.
• Fabricate high‑performance composite parts using prepregs.
• Work on bonded and fastened composite assemblies.
• Layup and infusion of carbon fiber for components.
• Operate autoclave, presses, and ovens for bonding cycles.
• Record work and ensure compliance with procedures and revisions.
• Maintain clean work area and report safety concerns.
