Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or working with composites/fiberglass materials.
• Experience with drilling and riveting.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

• Perform composite part repairs and bonded assemblies.
• Track material usage and maintain production records.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain organized work area.
