Job summary

RTX is seeking a Communications Center Radio Operator to manage air-to-ground and ground-to-air radio messages for airline dispatchers, pilots, and ATC. The role emphasizes accurate real-time transcription, clear relays to ARTC centers, and strong customer service.

Onsite position with 24/7 shift work expectations, including holidays. Must pass vision and hearing assessments and maintain a 40 WPM typing speed. Starting pay is $25 per hour, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• You must have HS diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical education in related discipline.
• Prior experience in customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate HF/VHF radio, transcribe pilot communications in real time.
• Relay information to ARTC centers and airlines.
• Assist with communications between aircraft and ground stations.
