Responsibilities

• Monitor the security system and initiate appropriate responses.
• Operate the public address system.
• Answer multi-line phone system and direct callers to appropriate parties.
• Use the radio system to communicate with departments.
• Monitor elevators, HVAC, and other systems for malfunctions.
• Write routine reports and correspondence.
• Act as backup to the badging office.
• Maintain reliable, punctual attendance.
